Create an additional collision repair program estimate appraisal

A collision repair program facility may require an additional estimate (suffix).

When this applies

The collision repair program participant identifies repairs that need to be performed at a later date or at another facility.

Procedure

  1. Send the original repair estimate or appraisal for approval through Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE).
  2. Submit a Repair Facility Support Request form - General Request - B sheet, other.
    Tip: A collision repair program participant can access the Repair Facility Support Request form through Make a support request (partners.icbc.com).

Results

An ICBC estimator completes the B Suffix for the items that cannot be handled at the facility, and follows up with the collision repair program facility and the customer.
