Additional collision repair program estimate policy

Collision repair program participants may require an additional estimate (suffix) when they identify repairs that must be performed at another facility.

Participants must submit a Repair Facility Support Request form - General Request - B sheet, other to initiate the creation of the additional estimate (suffix). This can be accessed through Make a support request (partners.icbc.com).- General Request - B sheet

Total loss teardowns must be included on the estimate that flagged the vehicle as a total loss.

Back-order parts do not require an additional suffix. For more information refer to the Parts section of the Collision Repair Program guide.
