Collision repair program participants responsibility

Collision repair program participants are responsible for confirming whether either of the following coverages are in effect

  • Replacement Cost Endorsement (APV286A), or
  • New Vehicle Replacement Plus (NVR+).

Effects of coverage

The following apply to claims with either a APV286A or NVR+ in effect:

  • Mitchell Connect identifies these collision repair program estimates or supplements to both the program participant and estimator via assignment details
  • only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are to be utilized, and
  • no depreciation applies to the parts or labour.
