Negate vehicle damage

Steps to negate vehicle damage that does not impact the value of the damaged parts.

Procedure

1. Identify damage that can be negated.
2. Discuss the damage with the insured:
   • explain the meaning of "negate"
   • note the reason(s) for negating the damage, and
   • reach agreement on what damage is being negated.
3. Enter 0.0 under the appropriate operation hours.
4. Add a line edit remark "damage negated".
