Guidelines for allowable rates, and trade discounts on sublet repairs.
Allowable rates
The table presents the type of repair and their allowable repair rates.

Trade discount
Repair facilities should seek a trade discount, percentage off the final amount, for sublet, frame or mechanical repairs.
When the trade discount is not available, the estimator must issue a second suffix's Estimate or Appraisal form to the sublet service supplier, to ensure that any excess amounts are pre-approved by an estimator.
