Standards of performance

Parts suppliers must meet all these and all general standards of performance:

Same day problem resolution

If a problem is identified with a radiator or air conditioning part, the supplier must make every effort to resolve the problem the same day.

Response Time

  • Suppliers must respond to all enquiries from repair facilities within one working day.
  • New core exchange radiators must be returned to the repair facility within two working days of receiving that radiator from the repair facility.

Standards are not met

If a repair facility chooses to use a supplier or a radiator or air conditioning part that does not meet these standards of performance, the repair facility and radiator and air conditioning parts supplier assume all responsibility for the quality of the part and workmanship.
