Handle faulty workmanship

Steps to handle faulty workmanship on a vehicle and then involving an Estimating Services manager to assist in the estimate.

Procedure

1. Proceed with the faulty workmanship as follows:

   If the repair facility is...	Then...
   a collision repair program participant	refer the claim to the Manager Estimating Services, and notify the Accreditation department.
   a non-participating collision repair facility	refer the claim to the Manager Estimating Services.

2. Complete task.
