Standards of performance

Estimators must meet these standards of performance for radiators and air conditioners:

Competitively priced replacement parts When a radiator is determined as not being repairable, estimators must pre-price radiator and air conditioning parts according to the price available from
  • the parts listed in the Mitchell database, or
  • Car-Part.com, using the iPro/Car-Part Pro integrated locator within Mitchell estimating.
Note: All parts that are pre-priced on the Estimate or Appraisal form must appear in the pre-priced column.
