Applying Alternative Transportation Service compensation

The collision repair program participant indicates Alternative Transportation Service (ATS) compensation applies to eligible claims.

Process

1. Participant
   1. Selects the Apply ATS check box in the General tab of the admin section.
      Result:
      

      The system initiates the ATS calculation.

2. ICBC payment system
   1. Reconciles the ATS calculation automatically using the last approved estimate on the claim.
      Result:
      

      When applicable, the estimate payment includes ATS and is paid to the appropriate supplier number.
