Policy on obsolete parts and ICBC’s liability.
Limit of liability
Where there is loss or damage to
- an obsolete part of an insured vehicle, or
- a part the manufacturer does not have in stock
ICBC’s liability is limited to the price at which the part was last listed on the manufacturer’s price list.
