OEM surplus parts suppliers must meet these and all general standards of performance:

Requirement Standard of performance
Price guarantee OEM surplus parts pricing listed on the Estimate or Appraisal must be used by the listed part supplier for a period of 30 days from the date the estimate was written.
Part type All parts must be manufactured by the OEM.
