Frame allowances
Truck frame repair times are used when labour hours need to be applied to repair the frame damage on a commercial and heavy equipment vehicle or component.
The following lists the allowance for each repair operation.

Note:
- JT = Judgment Time
- Overlap is not deducted on multiple repair operations.
Important: Additional frame repair judgement time (JT) can be applied to the estimate when the frame damage condition is to a double wall frame (frame with insert). These frames may require additional pulling and pushing force to get the frame back to pre-accident specifications.
JT must be inclusive of
- additional set up time of anchoring points due to the length of the frame rails which are typically found on tri-axle trucks
- secondary removal and install of necessary parts components in circumstances when there is spring back after the initial push and/or pull labour operations, and the vehicle requires additional corrective pulling and pushing, and
- additional repair labour hours to ensure the vehicle frame is properly repaired as per factory specifications.
