Participants offer several value-added services.

Service Description
On-site damage estimates
The facility has
  • access to ICBC business systems, and
  • software to estimate ICBC customers’ vehicles.
Note: The estimate and repairs are completed at one location for qualifying claims.
Provide alternative transportation

The participant will provide Alternative Transportation Service (ATS) to satisfy the alternative transportation needs of customers.

Alternative transportation may include
  • paying public transit costs, or
  • providing
    • a taxi to and from work and home
    • a shuttle to and from work and home
    • a courtesy car, or
    • some other form of transportation satisfactory to the customer.
Rental car arrangements The participant will contact ICBC to make necessary arrangements for customers who have ICBC Loss of Use coverage, if the customer’s transportation needs are not satisfied by ATS.
