Supporting scene photos

When additional recovery services apply to a vehicle tow, the tow truck operator may be required to provide scene photos along with a written description to support the required services.

Supporting scene photos assist in reconciling charges and assist with prompt payment for a recovery service.

Scene photo use

Scene photos are helpful in documenting and justifying the need for

• additional tow trucks and services in more complex vehicle recoveries
• heavy towing recovery, and
• Category III tows.
