A list of allowable items on a Claim Estimate Supplement (CL14D) form.

Allowable items

The CL14D form is used by non-participating collision repair facilities to make several types of change. However, some changes are specifically not allowed.

The following shows items that are allowed or not allowed on the CL14D form.

  • Missed or hidden damage
  • Requests for additional repair time
  • Requests for additional paint
  • Labour rate changes
  • Part price changes
  • Part type changes
  • Sublet requests

Not allowed
  • Additions or requests related to
    • repair allowance
    • depreciation
    • previous (old) damage, and
  • Judgment repair times once repairs have started.
