Indicate an out of province repair facility as selected repair shop

What to update when a customer’s chosen repair facility is located out of province (OOP).

When this applies

Adjusters must update ClaimCenter to indicate when a customer’s chosen repair facility is located out of province (OOP). Out of province repair shops are added similarly to any other vendor non-supplier.

Procedure

  1. Indicate the selected repair facility in the vehicle incident.

    Select other as the repairer choice exception.

  2. Capture the repair shop information in the mandatory text box.

    Enter the repair shop

    • name, and
    • contact information, if available.
