Express Repair facilities must meet Alternative Transportation Service (ATS) standards located in the Express Repair Program Guide.

The ATS standard is met by the Express Repair facility when the customer accepts the service.

Customer service ratings

When there are concerns about low customer service ratings, it is referenced during an Express Repair facility’s Performance Review only when the Express Repair facility’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) score is below 98.
