Policy on ICBC suppliers that are going out of business.

Eligibility

ICBC suppliers must advise ICBS as soon as possible when a supplier is going out of business.

This policy applies to any supplier going out of business.

Policy

Suppliers going out of business must advise their assigned claims office immediately.

Rationale

This ensures that there is no misuse of the supplier number.

Terminate supplier number

After the supplier informs ICBC that they are going out of business, they must terminate the supplier number of a supplier by:

  • Estimating Services Manager contacts the Accreditation department, and
  • Accreditation department terminates the supplier number.
