Summary of change
As a result of Glass industry feedback and in working with the Glass liaison committee, we have identified three changes to the Material Damage Claims Procedure Manual to help provide better clarity on the identified topics. These changes are effective March 25, 2021.
In addition, the Glass Repair Program Guide was also updated based on observations and feedback from both ICBC and the Glass Repair Industry. The program guide changes are effective May 1, 2021.
