Summary of change

Updates have been made to topics on the Claims Procedures site, as well as content on the external Material Damage Claims Procedures site.

Newly created topics provide information regarding the introduction of the Policy on feather, prime and block.. The other two are revisions of current policies regarding labour times involving glass and the depreciation application process for collision repair program participants.

Also included is the link to the updated rate schedules on the business partners page. These changes are effective April 22, 2021. The Collision Repair Program participant depreciation application process was modified and effective May 1, 2021 to align with Enhanced Care.

Updates have also been applied to sections of the Collision Repair Program guide in response to industry feedback. These updates were made to
  • provide clarification
  • gain efficiencies, and
  • provide flexibility to work more directly with mutual customers.
