ICBC is amalgamating various forms and applications that collision repair facilities currently use to communicate with ICBC into a new centralized Repair Facility Support Request form to better address requests and inquiries. Updates have been made to the Material Damage Claims Procedure Manual. Topics featuring the previous forms and applications have been updated to mention the new Repair Facility Support Request form.
