Summary of change

Updates to system automation regarding modifying deductibles, occurring on August 28th, 2023, a customer's deductible status, amount, and/or updates will no longer transfer to Mitchell Connect Messages. The current deductible status/amount will continue to display on the Insurance Card section of Mitchell Connect.

Important: Ensure that the deductible amount on the CL14 and Insurance Card match prior to the customer taking their vehicle from the facility.
