Description and use regarding the Towing Information Management (TIM) application.
What TIM is
The Tow Information Management (TIM) is a web application used by tow companies to contact ICBC for the purpose of identifying
- whether a vehicle is in their possession has reported an insurance claim, and
- if the tow company is entitled to payment for the tow and related costs.
Usage
The TIM application link and job-aid are both available on the Towing (icbc.com) page.
