Towing Information Management (TIM) application

The Tow Information Management (TIM) is a web application used by tow companies to contact ICBC for the purpose of identifying
  • whether a vehicle(s) in their possession has reported an insurance claim, and
  • if the tow company is entitled to payment for the tow and related costs.

Usage

The TIM app link and job aid are both available on the Towing (icbc.com) page. Refer to pages 3 and 4 of the job aid for key details on how tow companies interpret information in the TIM app.
