Summary of change
The total loss compliance flag has currently been changed to 80%. When the vehicle has rebuilt status, the collision repair facility is required to flag the estimate reaches or exceeds 60% of the value. This is reflected in updates made in the CP. A new topic has also been created clarifying ICBC's longstanding billing practices and explaining the functioning of the labour rate.
