ICBC Database Pre-Priced Parts

Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE)has pre-priced parts listing allowing specific suppliers to list alternative cost effective parts options. Additionally, ICBC lists parts and pricing under a suppliers listing named "ICBC Database Pre-Priced parts".

Some examples of these parts include, but are not limited to

steering components
suspension components, and
exhaust components.

Items listed under the supplier ICBC Database Pre-Priced Parts in MCE can be purchased from any supplier, provided they meet the necessary part requirements set out in Standards of performance on aftermarket parts.

Note: Supplier invoices need to have the ICBC claim number.

Pre-priced parts database

To establish the ICBC Database Pre-Priced Parts listing, ICBC uses historical paid claims to list parts pricing for cost effective alternative parts readily available and frequently used on ICBC claims. These parts have a median price based on the last 12 months sales history, and are added into Mitchell Alternative Parts Profile (MAPP) as a pre-priced part.

ICBC conducts an annual parts pricing review to ensure that ICBC Database Pre-Priced Parts pricing is aligned with market retail. If a participant requires review of a specific ICBC Database Pre-Priced Part due to pricing discrepancy with retail, they may email MD programs at [email protected] .
