Process

Commercial collision repair facility

Commits estimate package for ICBC estimator/appraiser to review.
Note: The estimate is routed to the last approving estimator/appraiser.

Appraiser/Estimator

Reviews estimate, including artifacts and photos.

Approves estimate.
Note: The appraiser/estimator commits and sends the estimate package, if supplement to self was required and the changes to the estimate were completed by the ICBC appraiser/estimator.

Receives most current approved version of the estimate, and any available supplement, if required.
