Assigning a commercial estimate in Mitchell TruckMax

Commercial claims estimates must be assigned to a correct commercial adjuster.

Process

1. FNOL adjuster
   1. Collects loss details and creates claim.
   2. Determines eligibility of claim and assignment.

      If the claim is a ...	Then the claim is assigned to ...
      preferred fleet claim	a commercial adjuster on Team A-E.
      heavy equipment fleet claim, or heavy equipment non-fleet claim	the Non-injury - Commercial Fleets Preferred queue for the next available commercial adjuster via round robin

      Note: Most preferred fleet claims are managed by commercial admin who perform the same steps, with the exception of how they collect claim details and create the claim using information from an email form submitted by the preferred fleet.
2. Commercial adjuster
   1. Performs claim pre-investigation for breaches, coverages, and fraud.
   2. Confirms that claim is valid.
   3. Creates the EST activity, assigning it to the Mobile Estimating Assignment queue - Assignment- location 004 - Commercial Claims.
3. Commercial admin
   1. Assigns EST activity to estimator/appraiser, based on details, such as loss value and location of vehicle.
4. Commercial estimator/appraiser
   1. Creates mobile Method of Inspection (MOI) in ClaimCenter Services tab, and assigns to self.
