Invoicing structure of the preferred supplier agreement between ICBC and Practicar Car and Truck Rentals

Under direct rental invoicing, vehicle availability is guaranteed with no-charge vehicle size upgrades when the appropriate vehicle size is unavailable.

Practicar will

make best efforts to have the other vehicle classes described in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 available during the course of normal business
include
- manufacturer provided toll-free roadside assistance, and
- unlimited daily kilometers for all rental vehicles, and
provide
- a pick-up and drop-off service to the renter
- after-hour drop boxes at all Practicar locations, and
- vehicle delivery services and vehicle drop-off at the repair facility, if requested.

The following areas are subject to a flat rate pick-up or delivery charge:

Christina Lake: $70
Grand Forks: $25
Greenwood: $80
Salmo $50
