Summary of change

Updates have been made to two topics in the material damage procedures. The change to the topic, Rain sensor removal and installation involved an update to documentation requirements. Going forward, only a parts invoice to support Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket gel pad replacement is required for the allowance. The bar code is no longer required. This change will be reflected in the (GRPG) Glass Repair Program Guide in the next release.

For the topic, Glass moulding and clips allowances, clarification was required to ensure that facilities weren't billing for standard clips when no moulding allowance was evident on a claim. Invoices are paid upon approval from PGO who authorizes the payments in advance.
