Commercial labour rate application on light commercial vehicles

The application of labour rates on over-height, light commercial vehicles.

Eligibility

To qualify for commercial labour rates, the
  • vehicle's insurance policy must have a commercial vehicle rate class
  • vehicle must have a declared value due to specialized equipment or service body
  • vehicle size must be greater than 24 feet long by 10 feet high by 8 feet width, and
  • repair facility must be accredited as a commercial heavy equipment paint and body repair facility.
