Apply appropriate rate to pull and align repairs
Steps to apply the rate on repairs for uni-body, full frame and uni-body over full frames.
When this applies
Since the frame rate is higher than a repair facility’s standard sheet metal rate, it is important to determine which repair rate applies.
Procedure

Determine whether frame rate applies.
Note: For frame rate to apply to a unibody repair, the repair must involve use of all required special equipment.
If the repair is this type ... And all special equipment ... Then, in the Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE) ... And these repairs are paid at the frame rate applicable to the ... unibody is required and used by the repair facility Unibody and Frame section - enter the appropriate repair judgment time

Use the Graphics section in MCE to estimate all subsequent repairs after pull and align.
Note: These subsequent repairs are paid at the applicable labour rate.

Agree on the assessment
If you and the repair facility cannot agree on the correct estimating and repair procedure for pull and align unibody, refer the issue to your Manager, Estimating Services.
