Supplier forms

Suppliers must complete specific forms to become an ICBC approved supplier.

When a new supplier is added, suspended, or has a change of status of an existing supplier to SAP Vendor Master, there are forms that must be completed and approved according to the service type and supplier.

The table presents the types of forms, supplier and approver that must be completed for a new ICBC supplier:
