Service concern resolution

The Towing and Recovery Plus supplier must meet to all definitions and procedures standards to retain that authority. When they fail to meet the standards, they must contact ICBC to track and if necessary address the concern. A service commitment situation falls into one of two categories:

When the service commitment situation is ... Then the Towing and Recovery Plus Supplier ... And ICBC ...
resolved to the satisfaction of the local claims office must document and forward details to ICBC does not count this occurrence as a service commitment situation, unless a pattern has been established.
  • not resolved satisfactorily, or
  • one that cannot be resolved
must forward the concern counts this occurrence as a service commitment situation.
