Information regarding non-captive tow rotations lists.

Non-captive tows are distributed by a claim centre, Central Estimating Facility (CEF) , or ICBC Salvage facility.

a claim centre	distributed in order of rotation list: based on the percentage of the individual tow company's vehicle count, and compared to the total vehicle count of all tow vehicles in the tow company's facilities to the associated claim centre.
CEF, or ICBC Salvage facilities	distributed in order of rotation list: based on the percentage of the individual tow company's vehicle count, and which tow company's facilities have main storage facilities within 30 kilometres from CEF or the ICBC Salvage facility.
