Requirements

When a sublet towing company has been used, the original tow company must attach a copy of the company’s invoice to the Towing Invoice (CL14C) form that they submit to ICBC.

A sublet towing company’s invoice must include:

  • company name
  • number of employees
  • retail charge out rate
  • trade discount, if any
  • length of time at the crash location
  • arrival and departure times
  • travel time
  • distance travelled
  • signature
  • date, and
  • explanations or photos documenting reasons for the sublet charges.
