Tow rate categories
Tow rate categories are defined for all claim required tows, and additional services.
Description
Applicable Tow, Distance and Category Hourly Rates are based on the GVWR of the towed vehicle and the applicable supplier business type and the date of tow service as defined in the Towing and Storage Rate Payment Schedule. Additional services are based on the applicable category hourly rate.
Note: The tow company is responsible for using an appropriate tow vehicle.
