When this applies
Commercial vehicle with an ICBC claim is at a dealership or independent supplier for repair.
Procedure

Apply the appropriate commercial parts and sublet mark-up rate to the claim.

- they can mark-up parts purchased as per the applicable rate in the MD Rate Schedule .
- the cost of the non-captive or used part (including the mark-up) must not exceed the dealership captive part Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and
- in the MD Rate Schedule are the:
- non-captive parts mark-up over cost
- used parts mark-up over cost, and
- sublet mark-up over cost.
