Policy on Vehicle Licensing Fees for non-preferred rental vehicle providers

ICBC pays non-preferred rental vehicle providers a reasonable rate for their Vehicle Licensing Fees (VLF).

Policy

The VLF invoiced by a non-preferred rental vehicle provider is reviewed and paid at a reasonable rate. The rate can differ among the rental vehicle providers.

The VLF is

set by each rental vehicle provider
must be a reasonable daily VLF charge, and
subject to
- changes without notice, and
- applicable taxes.
