Coverage for declared value vehicle equipment

List of declared value vehicle equipment that is covered under the Own Damage coverage.

The following declared value vehicle equipment is covered under Own Damage coverage:
  • original manufacturer’s equipment (OEM)
  • additional equipment
  • any other permanently attached equipment
  • all paint finish, including custom paint finish
  • the sound and communication equipment
  • any fixtures and fittings not permanently attached, that form part of the equipment of a motor home of a travel trailer, rated in vehicle rate class
    • u drive vehicles (550), or
    • trailers (551)
  • the television sets, video and Digital video disc (DVD) players that are permanently attached to
    • motor home, leisure van, limousine, or
    • travel trailer rated in vehicle rate class 550, or 551
  • what is designed to be removable from the vehicle for operation in another location
  • the spare tire and wheel, and
  • when the value of the equipment is only included in the declared value of the vehicle.
