How to handle a claim for a stolen stereo and request an estimator review.
When this applies
A customer has reported their stereo stolen, their vehicle is driveable, and the claim is retained at the Claims Contact Centre (CCC).
Procedure

Confirm the customer has reported to the police.

If the customer contacts ICBC because the stolen equipment is recovered, ICBC arranges for the customer to return the equipment and sends the equipment to salvage as the equipment is now ICBC’s property.
