Applicable rate
When a commercial vehicle sublets a portion of a repair to an automobile collision repair facility, then the applicable automobile body labour rate and refinish rate apply, based on the repairer completing the sublet repairs.
Example
When the commercial/heavy equipment vehicle sublet repairs are completed at a collision repair program participant, then the program participant rates apply.
Estimate requirements
When the repair facility requests a separate Estimate for the sublet work, the estimator or appraiser creates a separate Estimate for them.
