ICBC encourages open dialogue with the repair and service industry for the benefit of our customers.
To ensure open communication with suppliers, ICBC representatives are available to
- attend, assist or conduct meetings or seminars to enhance industry relations and knowledge, and/or
- assist in resolving outstanding issues.
