Clean up allowance
Recycled glass must be repaired, tested and cleaned before installation on the vehicle.
The table presents the allowance to repair, test, and clean recycled glass:

Testing heated glass requirements
To ensure proper operation of the heating elements, heated glass must be tested by the:
- recycler prior to delivery, and
- glass facility prior to installation.
Clean-up fee
Glass Web Express (GWE) includes the appropriate clean-up fee automatically when recycled glass is selected. When pricing different glass options, clean-up fees must be considered as part of the overall cost of the recycled glass in any comparison with new glass.
