Policy on labour times for claims involving glass

Policy on applying glass labour times to Estimate or Appraisal.

Policy

Estimate or Appraisals are completed using the current estimating system's flat rate labour time, and the applicable body shop charge-out rate. Participants are no longer required to perform the NAGS conversion for glass operations being performed in conjunction with body repairs.
