Guidelines on how to handle propane or natural gas decals that are lost or destroyed due to windshield replacement.
Decal information and price allowance
When a propane or natural gas decal is lost or destroyed due to windshield replacement, proof is required before another is issued.
In Glass Web Express (GWE), the propane and natural gas decals each show as a part, with the following information:

Proof of decal
The propane diamond #1075 decal and/or natural gas #1971 decal is sold to the customer only when the customer can provide:
- proof that their decal was lost or destroyed due to the vehicle windshield being replaced
- proof of vehicle ownership
- a copy of the invoice showing the windshield replacement, and
- if possible, the original conversion document.
