Glass repair program participants must manually correct glass pricing when Glass Web Express (GWE) does not display the correct part price.
When this applies
When GWE does not display the correct part price, the repair estimate must be manually updated in GWE with an exception line entry by the participant.
Procedure

Retrieve the glass claim in the GWE system.

Verify pricing for the date work is completed.

- manually corrects the pricing by updating the part and pricing on the GWE glass estimate as an exception item, and
- submits the CL14BX form through GWE and supporting documents and images to Vendor Document Image Application (VDIA).
