The policy applies to all suppliers.

All suppliers must keep repair periods to a minimum.

Policy

Repairs must be completed as soon as possible. If parts are back-ordered the owner must be permitted to continue driving the vehicle until the parts are delivered as long as the vehicle

• is safely driveable, or
• can quickly be made safely driveable.

Rationale

Repairs must be completed quickly in order to provide quality customer service to the vehicle owner.
