Late return of Alternative Transportation Service replacement vehicle

Customers must return an ATS replacement vehicle in a timely manner after repairs are completed. If they fail to do so, then the collision repair program participant may bill the customer for additional replacement vehicle costs when

• reasonable notification was given to the customer of the repair completion date, and
• the customer has been informed that they would be responsible for any replacement vehicle usage costs after the repairs are completed.
