Alternative Transportation Service
Alternative Transportation Service (ATS) is a mandatory requirement of the collision repair program.
ATS is a service offered by the collision repair program participant to customers, which
- applies to all claims regardless of the cause of loss, subject to ATS exceptions
- covers the period from the ATS responsibility date until vehicle repairs are complete, and
- satisfies the alternative transportation requirements of customers with an authorized estimate.
